Do Self Healing Socks Make A Difference?
The internet advertises several brands of self healing socks.
Not sure what they are supposed to heal. If you have problems with edema, thigh high compression stockings are very helpful but they should be fitted by your doctor for maximum effect.

I am looking for a doctor who can effectively treat cutaneous amyloidosis ulcers. I didn't see anyone on this site with this diagnosis. Getting reoccurring ulcers on the amyloid deposits.

There are many massage devices on the market these days that could help greatly with your legs. I use a massage gun which eliminates the pain.
ATTRwt : Has Anyone Verified Hearth Thickness After Using Tafamidis By Echocardiogram Versus The Thickness Before The Therapy?
I think the only way to really understand how much Tafamidis works is by comparing the heath thickness before and after, at least 1 year of therapy. Has anyone got this information?

How Long Did It Take For A Biopsy To Be Typed To Know What Type Of Amyloidosis You Have?
I was diagnosed 5 weeks ago and am still waiting for the Mayo clinic to type the biopsy. It's scary not knowing what type I have and waiting to find out what treatment plan the doctor is going to put me on.
I said the same thing after my first trip to BU!

8 cycles Carfilzomib, Revelimid and Dex
Good Morning I Have WT Amy And Prior To Being Diagnosed I Also Had A Bout Of CHF.
I was trying to hydrate by taking 64 ozs. a day but I'm wondering if now that is to much. suggestions?

I have so many signs and symptoms of Amyloidosis; from cardiac hypertrophy to ruptured bicep tendon to stiff heart to enlarged tongue, but a negative biopsy. Help??
