My husband's electrocardiologist recommended changing his 2 lead pacemaker to a BiV 3 lead pacemaker. Said it might help with his ejection fraction of 48 and his shortness of breath. Has anyone had any experience with this?

Is there any other members who have been diagnosed with both Sarcoidosis & Amyloidosis? My husband has had chronic sarcoidosis for over a decade and recently been diagnosed with Amyloidosis, we don't know the type of Amyloidosis yet (more tests pending).
His chronic sarcoidosis is pretty rare but Amyloidosis is even rarer here in Norway (only 50 in entire country) so the combination of the two makes him a bit of an outlier. Wondering if anyone else has any experience with this?

Hi, Info On A Free Light Chain Test
Had a Free light chain test and the results were Kappa 22.83 normal range is 3.3 to 19.4........Lambda was 11.07 normal is 5.71 to26.3......Kappa/Lambda ratio is 2.06 normal is 0.26 to 1.65 Dr says it's slightly elevated and not to worry any Dr post here that can give any advise or anyone else for that matter I thought anything out of range was a sign for concern TIA
