It depends how is ones heart health due to deposition of amyloid on the left ventricle or causing heart failure & myopathy.
My cardiologist in India has prescribed Vyndamax ,very low doses with beta blockers,thinner ,and ivabrad including the jardiance. They are expecting approval of FDA for a drug that helps AL Amyloidosis. Mary might know better.

It is one of the organs that can be affected by Amy. Almost certainly it is but the question is how badly? Your primary or Cardiologist can see from the report on Blood that is taken every visit you make to one of them. That is sum total of Knowledge, I am not in any way qualified to make this judgement - just what I have seen in my journey. Hope it helps. I'm still alive anyhow. Hope this helps ..... Roy2
