Is Loosing Your Voice A Symptom Of Amyloidosis ATTR? Throughout The Day My Voice Gets Weaker. My Diagnosis Was Two Months Ago.

Hey Peter,
Mine does that too but not everyday. Initially I was using an inhaler. That really affected my voice and it didn’t really seem to help so I quit that. It’s much better.

I had issues with my voice too. I went to a ENT and found that one of my vocal cords was not closing all the way. I was also having swallow issues. He gave me a script for speech therapy. I went for 8 months and I learned how to improve my speech and also foods I should not eat and to chew all of my foods into small pieces before swallowing. I recommend that you try the therapy if it's really bothering you. I can now sing again for short periods of time and it helped with my confidence when speaking.
