Is Anyone Taking Acoramidis (Attruby) Which Was Just Approved By The FDA And Is A Competitor To Vyndamax (tafamidis)
good question . I was wondering if anyone had talked to their doctor about switching or if there was a benefit switching if vyndamax is working?

Can Wt ATTR Symptoms Get Worse While Being On Tafamidis?
I'm 59 and was diagnosed with wt ATTR in Dec 2022. Started Tafamidis then but my symptoms (shortness of breath, fatigue, cold fingers and irritability) have gotten worse in the last 3 months. I have no baseline to compare it to so don't know how I would feel if not on Tafamidis. Coincidentally my father was diagnosed at age 79 with wt ATTR and passed 18 months later.
