I have wild Type Amyl . I am diabetic ,using insulin, I've a Medtronic implanted pacemaker, a failed attempt of a triple bypass heart surgery. And I am on Vyndamax 61mg

That is very hard to say. My wife is diabetic and does not have ATTR . She has chronic trouble with her digestive system. Combined diseases often confuse the issue, and really should be referred to your treatment team.
