I was told to keep exercising. No mention of restrictions. And my doctor of fine with heart rates of 135. I walk, row and do light weight training. It is getting harder in the winter though.

In discussions and readings I have done it seems general agreement that weight training is too heavy but it can be replaced by resistance training. I have interpreted that to mean that I should use machines at the gymnasium but do not use the weights. It should be combined with walking for full exercise regime. It works for me. Roy2
