Honestly, I have Stage 2 Heart Failure plus a many autoimmune, Primary immune, and Wild type cardiac amyloidosis. I’m an active senior but there is no way I’d fly anymore. Some hacks I used to use: drink 2 bottles of water and eat a banana BEFORE you board. I also had my doctor give me an Rx for 2 Ambien pills 5 mg. (Cut in half or see if you can get 3 mg. As soon as I sat down, I took it and informed the stewards not to bother me. I always on a 5 hour non-stop woke up refreshed. My internal body suffered no stress or anxiety. Sit at the window so you are not disturbed. Wear compression knee highs. Dress warm. Take a black out face mask for your eyes.
