I think you forgot that one can eat or drink whatever they want, but the key to a healthy life is MODERATION! Remember one is suppost to eat to live not live to eat.

Here is what I do and I weight the same as I did 55 years ago when I got married.
I weigh myself ever day pretty much. If I gain more than three pounds I eat less if I lose more than three pounds I eat more. It works, try it.
Forget about being hungry, that just means you are losing weight. It is called will power and if you have none then it is all for not! It is you decision, how long do you want to live? I'm 82 years old and have a number if illnesses including Amyloidosis, IBS, had Cancer of the bladder ( no Bladder any more just a external bag), I had a brain hemerage. I am living without 35 pieces I was born with due to various operations etc. I also live like ther is no tomorrow, but plan on many more tomorrows! Life is GOOD! I'm healthy and workout by walking 1 to 3 miles per day on a treadmill, I do all my own car repairs and yard work etc. I'm 5'8" and weight 173 + or - 3 pounds LOL!

PS: Hang in ther if I can do it so can YOU!

Yes moderation. Eat 3 Oreos not the whole sleeve. Eat the 50 cent bag of potato chips not the family size. Don’t deprive yourself. Life is too short.

I eat like there is no tomorrow. Maybe there will be no tomorrow, so go for it

That is silly! Eat as required! Eat and drink what ever you want but moderation is the key to healthy living.

My weight goes up and down by 5 to 10 pounds (above an average I have set) every 3-6 months. I do weight myself every day and have started following the the guideline of eating what I like when I can, but in moderation. Who knows when I won't be able to. If my weight gets higher than the 10 lbs above my average then I cut back. With having Amyloidosis I really want to enjoy the remainder of my time left here....
