Have ATTRWT. I won’t be
depressed, however I’m starting to feel like I’m going downhill. My mind and memory are going…. I know “1 step at a time” but I’d like to start with 1 step. I’m still good though.

Get all the exercise and fresh air you can safely tollerate

And pray to the God of The Bible regularly

Also take it slow but start walking. That has helped me so much.

Yep
Lots of fluids
All day long
Total2-3 qtsa day
Avoid:
Processed white sugar
Commercial/consumer white flour
Packaged "food" that populate majority of grocery store shelves

DO aa much as possible:
Home cooking avoiding msg and highly processed white salt

Do grind wheat and grains and make your own breads and muffins and cookies etc

Do eat fresh fruits and vegetables and nuts and seeds
