I have orthostatic hypotension. I’ve passed out and fallen numerous times. Had to have a pacemaker put in because my heart rate went down to 30 35. I’m on midodrine to help keep my bp up. I’ve gotten a little better but it’s been slow going. Just have to have patience which I’m not too good at. 🙄
