I was diagnosed with AL Amyloidosis in 2022. Treated with Daratumumab and Velcade injections weekly for 7 months. Since 2023 I have monthly Dara and stopped Velcade.
Dialysis was never mentioned. Now (last 5 months) I am on IV Privigen infusion for low immune system. I have blood work done for immuglobulin G. Numbers should be from (Phone number can only be seen by the question and answer creators). (I was down to 175! - now 580) Perhaps your AL did more damage before you were diagnosed in time.
