Paul, It seems that all of these things are associated with the Amyloid. My experience at Mayo Phx was great. I was asked if i had these same Issues. which I did, Torn Rotator Cuff, Itching, just a whole list of question to which I was told are all symptoms of Amyloid. Find s facility in your area or travel to where one is and seek the best advice, Ask a lot of questions. I am on Vyndamax from Pizer, It seems to be working. Good luck and keep in touch, Tom

Paul..I also have shoulder probelms and scalp itching which even the experts have not given me any treatment ideas. Hoping someone has a thought especially the scalp and hair loss associated with amyloids. Jeffrey

Yes I figured that we have to live with the itchy skin. I take prednisone which helps a little. The tendons issue I've not had but I did have a carpel tunnel op about 6 years ago before I was diagnosed with Amyloidosis. Stay strong. Shaz ☺️

Hi Shaz,

It's just small itchy lumps under the skin, saw a dermalolgist who said its not a skin issue as subcutaneas. Just have to put up with it. The bigger problem is amyloids in muscles and tendons. I had a cuff rotator tear and issues with tendons at the back of the knees.Took two years at the gym to get other muscles to take over the loss of the ciuff rotator. All good fun!! take care, Paul
