What Is Expected Post 20 Infusions Of Dara+VCD - On Remission From AL Amyloidosis Cardiac?
Though the Hematologic Response to Dara+ VCD seem good for Hematologic Response in last 6 months but the bio-markers, MRI reports, ECG reports are not encouraging for cardiac health. How to handle the situation that is close to Heart Failure, Hypotension, and allied health conditions.
I have just 2 more Dara injections then the 24 months is finished. My heart is much better than during the VCD. Now level1/2 heart failure. I am on amiodarone to stop fibrillations and Pradaxa to prevent blood clots. Also on Jardiance, furosemide and spironolactone. The light chains number is not as low as I'd like - 27-28 when upper normal is 26.So I'm wondering what will happen.
