Those levels fluctuate. A year ago I was at 2200 as of February of this year Iā€™m at 1320. My troponin is now normal. Everything going in the right direction!

Dr. Satish:
Lambda I believe measures the amyloid concentration. Normal is 5.7 - 26.3. your value of 81.3 is outside of normal. You need to observe the trend. Per my cardiologist, a consistent downward trend would be good news. My Lambda went to normal after about 3-4 Chemo sessions.
Your creatinine of 1.4 is above the normal range of .76 - 1.27. Again watch the trend
Your NTproBNP value of 770 is within the normal range <1800, My understanding is that along with Troponin T measures the health of your heart. My NTproBNP is higher than normal but is trending down quite nicely as is my Troponin T.
Realize that I am a novice. Your doctors should be able to give you your best answers. Vern

Based on the knowledge base provided:

- NT-proBNP: A level of 770 nanograms per liter is below the threshold of 8,500 nanograms per liter, which is used to differentiate between stage 3a and stage 3b in cardiac staging for AL amyloidosis
- Creatinine: While creatinine levels are not directly mentioned in the provided Show Full Answer

Based on the knowledge base provided:

- NT-proBNP: A level of 770 nanograms per liter is below the threshold of 8,500 nanograms per liter, which is used to differentiate between stage 3a and stage 3b in cardiac staging for AL amyloidosis.
- Creatinine: While creatinine levels are not directly mentioned in the provided context, they are generally used to assess kidney function. A level of 1.4 mg/dL is slightly elevated, indicating some degree of kidney impairment.
- Lambda Value: The context does not provide specific information about lambda values, so it's not possible to interpret this value accurately within the given information.

For cardiac staging in AL amyloidosis:
- Stage 1: All biomarkers (BNP, cTnI) are below their respective thresholds.
- Stage 2: Either BNP or cTnI is elevated.
- Stage 3: Both BNP and cTnI are elevated.
- Stage 3b: BNP is greater than 700 picograms per milliliter, and cTnI is greater than 0.1 nanograms per milliliter.

Given the NT-proBNP level of 770, the patient might be in stage 3b, indicating a more advanced stage of cardiac involvement in AL amyloidosis. However, for a precise diagnosis, a healthcare provider would need to consider all relevant biomarkers and clinical factors.
