Below the surface, living with amyloidosis can mean a wide variety of symptoms. There’s so much more to amyloidosis than meets the eye. We know that amyloidosis comes with many possible combinations of symptoms, many of which appear invisible to outsiders. Most people don’t see the many symptoms we experience.
On MyAmyloidosisTeam, the social network and online support group for people living with amyloidosis, members discuss the chronic nature of the disease and its hidden symptoms.
MyAmyloidosisTeam analyzed how members of the community discussed symptoms and signs of amyloidosis from January 2023 through the end of December 2024. We looked at the various symptoms and signs of amyloidosis for more than 600 individuals.
