Tafamidis has shown to be effective in improving neurological function and delaying disease progression in hATTR amyloidosis. In studies, participants who took tafamidis for the entire duration had better outcomes compared to those who started with a placebo. Quality-of-life scores also improved for those on tafamidis. However, individual responses can vary, and it may take some time to notice improvements. If you're feeling more tired, it's important to discuss this with your healthcare provider.

My partner also had a lot more fatigue after Tafamidis and Patisiran. We don't know if it was from the treatment or the disease itself. He had more energy prior to the treatment.
