Hi Ian, As for my bicepts I did nothing and just waited for the pain to go away. It did but If I remember correctly it took a year or more. The worst problem was that I also did a rotator cuff double rip in both shoulders. That took about 10 years to heal and was so easy to reinjure and now it is a lot better, but I'm not jumping about etc because I'm 82 years old and take it a lot slower these days. I do most every and anything I want though. Jim7
