Your disorder doesn't progress
as rapidly when you take Tafadamis. That will give you a longer lifespan. It may give you enough time to survive to when amyloid depleter drugs are available for you. The depleter drugs are possibly the cure for Amyloidosis.

Based on my knowledge base, studies have shown that participants who took tafamidis experienced better neurological function and improved quality-of-life scores compared to those who took a placebo. These benefits were observed over a long-term period, with significant improvements noted in those who took tafamidis for the entire study duration. While individual results may vary, improvements can be seen over months to years of consistent use. Always consult your physician for personalized advice.

With Addisons Disease you need salt and fluids .. the exact opposite to AL .

I have hypothyroidism. I take 88 mag of levothyroxine and limit my salt/sodium to under 2000 mg per day. I would have shortness of breath if I consumed salt just for sake of having an iodine deficiency or thyroxine insufficiency.

So you have AL or what. Why consume salt when you should avoid it? Take iodine supplements instead. Salt intake causes fluid retention that worsens shortness of breath....it really does. What doctor told you to take salt? Horrible advice!!!
