I had lost all feeling in my feet, legs, arms and hands due to neuropathy! My walking also became worse after having an EMG test on the nerves in my legs. I have been in a wheelchair for over a year. I have been getting acupuncture, electrical therapy and laser therapy three times a week for almost a year. I have also been getting insulin infusions (even though I am not diabetic) since last fall. I get the infusion once a week. This is something new to help with neuropathy. I have the feeling back from the neuropathy but it goes in reverse stages from when it was occurring. I am still in the pain stage in my feet. They tell me that will go away with time. I also do Aqua therapy twice a week and land therapy once a week. I am finally able to take some steps in the pool and last Friday I took some baby steps in the parallel bars. I would highly encourage anyone interested to pursue acupuncture with a licensed therapist who is trained in the Chinese method. Also, look into the insulin infusions used for neuropathy. The infusions are covered under insurance whereas acupuncture is not covered.

Yup
Pills
All of them
Have at least two effects
Intended
Unintended
For ME
Intended is usually least
Unintended is usually most
I personally take one prescription for peeing
Don't take any of long list over the years.

I take combination of two tylenol and two ibuprofen once every 3 or 4 days to take a small break from all the pains.

Only exceptions to above is very occasional antibiotics as prescribed for very occasional diseases.

I do Biblical use of wine as prescribed by Paul in his letter to Timothy...

PS
The list of "side effects" on prescription labels: I get em all....๐Ÿคช๐Ÿ˜œ๐Ÿคช๐Ÿ˜œ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜‰

My hubby has had 4 accupuncture sessions, the last one this past Friday left him with severe leg pain. He had no problems the other 3 times, going to give it another try this coming Thursday. We believe in trying anything that doesnโ€™t mean another pill.
