I urge you to find a cardiologist who specializes in ATTR-wt. I was told to Keep Exercising (that was actually repeated three times in my first appointment) but your situation might be different. Add my exercise had decreased due to a pacemaker implantation my fatigue had increased. Might be a coincidence or ???

Wheeu! Long dog walk, but now doing laundry for the week. Have you been Cardio-Versioned? If not you should have been if you have A-Fib.. Also I do not know if you are on Vyndamax or other therapy. Before my C/V I was always exhausted and slept poorly, after I was my normal easy self and glad of it.
