I have ATTR wild type. I was dx in 2019 and have been on Vyndamax since then.

I have similar problems with my back.
I can't walk more than about 100 feet and stand for less than 5 minutes before I have to sit down.
Last year I had an ablation that helped for about a month.
The next treatment will be an epidural IF the insurance will approve it.
Nothing has worked so far, very limiting and frustrating.
I wish there was a better solution, but I don't know of any.
God bless you.

Yep, MRI revealed spinal stenosis. I have walking, 20 minute max, and standing, 10 min max, issues. I'm working Physical Therapy, which is helping. Swimming is very helpful, as well.

Spinal stenosis and low back pain appear to be common symptoms.
