Yes, my heart condition has been progressively better after chemo. Each ECHO continues to show improvement. I asked the Cardiologist what was the reason and he said it was from the chemo. I don’t know about “repair” but I do know heart-wise, I feel a lot better these days.

I am not sure but my last echo was better than the 1st one after my diagnosis, so let's say yes! 🩷

I’m here for the long haul as well! I’m not letting this beat me. I have too much to live for. I’m glad to hear that your BNP got better. That’s what I’m hoping for. Even though the cardiologist says don’t worry… you still worry.

I am good now at least as far as BNP is concerned, back to my baseline which is around 850. Me getting O2 now has given me a new lease. I can sleep now for up to 4 hrs straight, albeit sitting, can’t lay down anymore. I can go out on my fishing boat and walk to my boys various functions. Right now they seem to be most worried about my kidneys. Supposed to be in stage 3 kidney failure, but I take things as they come so we will see. Right now, all I can do is hope for some chemical that will remove these fibrils that are chokeing the life out of my heart and other organs. It’s been almost 11 years and I am very tired, as this disease has slowly sucked the life out of me. It gets harder every day to just do normal home maintenance and even taking a shower is like running a marathon. Anyway, I here for the long haul, we will see how far I can go!

Ugh! Ernie 😿 my BNP was 2200 and the cardiologist told me not to worry because it’s not necessarily a sign of heart failure but the volume of blood being pushed out. 33,000 yikes! Hopefully it goes down. And your lungs have permanent damage. We have to get you going in the right direction! Keep me updated on what the dr says. 🙏🙏🙏 to you my friend
