I am going to assume that you have a Medicare Advantage plan. Mayo Jax does not accept those plans. One option would be to change to a traditional medicare plan during open enrollment and then you could go to Mayo. They have two excellent cardiologists that treat their amyloid patients, Dr. Melissa Lyle and Dr. Jose Nativi Nicolau. Both are wonderful.

Make sure your new insurance will cover preexisting conditions before signing up.
