Of all the apps i use this is the klunkiest and most difficult to navigate and participate that said, well it's all that there is for us really.

I will try what Theresa suggested but there is no good reason to have to do that. Systems should work as presented.

My guess as to why system is hanging is that we overload it once in a while. I also have seen slow response occasionally.
Compared to throwing a switch to turn on a light, the Internet is a complicated entity. Your message could run through several hundred switches on its way to the server in San Francisco (or anywhere else in the world), so there are many possibilities for failure. More than likely, the folks running our 'show' need to take down their server and reboot. Or possibility also re-oganize the files. But since we (1000+) sign in from all around the world, there is no best time to take down the server. Image the screaming if the server was taken down, name any hour of the day.
Theresa's suggestion is a good one. Prepare your response in Word then copy/paste it to your comments block.

I make sure when I’m done typing I copy it. I’ve lost many comments and had to retype. Very annoying! 😡
