Hi Kim, my Card has me on Mag and Calcium supps as well as a multi, you can choose which type doesn't give you problems in the bathroom. A whole food plant based diet is best for me, nothing processed, as you adopt this routine of eating you can feel the relief.

I am on vitamin D and A. I would ask your doctor, because they will want to know what over the counter drugs you are taking. If you are on treatment, the herbal, or vitamin supplements can be detrimental . Do you know what type of amyloid you have? Are you on a treatment?

I've read that Vit C, Quercetin and B12 are all very helpful.

Jim, has this helped your albumin levels? My husband’s are low as well - low 2s. I don’t know what exactly is causing it or what helps.
