I agree also that the route I had to go in Ga. SSDI will back pay 24 months, I was Diagnose at age 61 Disabled with Limitations still trying work for Insurance benefits was Denied. With Attorney age 62 SSI started 9 months later back pay me Attorney got his fee, I mad as hell frustrated with 3rd party insurance full of Stree, Two years later less Stree and trying Live my best Life Glory to God. You do qualify for SSA PERMANENT DISABILITY however they take anywhere from 5 to 8 months to approve it. They also seem to be rejecting a large portion of applications knowing that a large percentage of them will not reapply.
My suggestion is to get an attorney that specializes in SSA DISABILITY. The attorneys fee will amount to 25% of the retroactive payment from the time you apply till the time it’s approved. SSA also does not pay for the 5-6 months after approval.
