I try to do 10,000 steps a day, when possible and light weights. Keeps the heart rate low to avoid irregular heartbeat and dizziness of over-exertion. Try to stay under 2000 calories a day.

I’m only two weeks in on treatments - I continue to play pickleball 2x/week and I’ve switched to mostly a plant based diet. Hoping I can continue.

I’m definitely exercising more. It’s changing with the weather now that autumn is here. My diet is not as good as it was before I got sick. With the amyloid in my GI tract unfortunately I have to eat what I can eat. I listen to my body more. I sometimes power through but I rest now when I need to.
