Same -- I never had sleep/nap issues until diagnosis. Seems I'm always exausted and tire easily.

ME:
Amyloidosis makes me tire very easily and drains energy...
HOWEVER being 78 seems to be doing some of that as well...?
Muscles hurt head to toe all the time along with carple tunnel forearms and wrists and numbing and painful fingers. I only actually SLEEP when in bed at night for 3 to 6 hours out of 8 max. Afternoon naps are best solid sleeping for about 1 to 2 hours. 😜ðŸĪŠðŸ˜œ ðŸ˜ī ðŸ’Ī 🛌 ðŸ˜ī ðŸĨđ💚 ðŸ˜ī 😌
Joshua usually lets me know when my naps are up
