Dave.I have wild type with neuropathy that got to the point of not being abe to use my hands and have tried Carpel Tunnel surgery just today to see if it will help. Jeffrey

Gabapentin seems to be the first line of drugs that are prescribed. Topical stuff did nothing for my husband. Soaking and massage were comforting, but I think that was more psychological. If pain is really bad, ask for a referral to a clinic.

Vyndamax may help. I think it is used for that in the UK

mine is severe polyneuropathy in my legs can't walk without a walker and spinal stenosis severe lumbar. I wondered if VDAMUTTRA works for neuropathy

Dave, I also had incredible pain in both hands got carpal tunnel surgery, and it relieved it. I still have numbness and some discomfort but nothing like it was get the surgery right away.
