To manage bloating and gas pressure discomfort, consider the following dietary adjustments based on my knowledge base:

- Avoid FODMAPs: These are foods that produce a lot of gas within the digestive system. Examples include wheat-containing foods, beans, dairy products, and certain fruits and vegetables.
- Limit High-Fat, High-Sugar, and High-Fiber Foods: These can worsen symptoms like diarrhea.
- Eat Smaller, More Frequent Meals: This can help manage nausea and vomiting, especially in the morning.
- Stay Away from High-Fat, Salty, and Spicy Foods: These can aggravate symptoms of acid reflux and other digestive issues.

If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare provider for personalized advice.

You should see a nutritionist. A low fiber diet may help with the bloating. Also staying away from gassy foods brussel sprouts, beans, etc.
