I have lost 6 lb & having difficulty putting it back on cuse my activity no longer support the appetite I had

Hi Joseph. You should try to consult with a nutritionist. Speak with your doctor. I don’t know what kind of organ involvement you have. I have AL it’s in my heart and my GI tract. I couldn’t eat and lost over 50 lbs. I have finally put 18 lbs back on. They told me to put fat in everything for now so it’s working. I’m a vegetarian and always followed a pretty healthy diet so this is quite a change for me. Although I don’t mind the ice cream 😹
